iDance is a dance studio located in Newmarket, Ontario that teaches numerous dance disciplines.
We were asked to design an identity that captured the spirit and energy of dance while not being overly specific to one style. We used a handwritten font as we wanted the strokes to have movement and energy. We created icons using silhouettes and for certain items used a variety of decorative techniques to give the pieces an energetic feel.
For this project we designed a logo, business cards, stickers, postcards and car magnets.
